This site is operated by Fletcher Kiley, trading as Fletch Kiley. You can reach me at support@fletcherkiley.com.
What I collect
- What you give me. Your name, email address and phone number when you fill in a form on this site.
- What your browser sends. Standard technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and how you arrived. This is collected by the analytics and advertising tools listed below.
- Video engagement. Whether a video was played and how much was watched, via the embedded video player.
Why I collect it
- To send you the training you asked for and to follow up about it.
- To contact you about booking or attending a call, if you request one.
- To measure which pages and ads work, so I stop paying for the ones that don't.
- To meet legal and record-keeping obligations.
Who it is shared with
Your details are stored in a customer relationship management system and are handled by the service providers that run this funnel — hosting, email and SMS delivery, video hosting, analytics and advertising platforms. They process the data on my behalf, only for the purposes above.
I do not sell your personal information.
Marketing messages
If you opt in, you may receive email or SMS about the training, related content and offers. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link, by replying STOP to a text, or by emailing support@fletcherkiley.com. Opting out of marketing does not stop messages that relate to a call you have actually booked.
Cookies and tracking
This site and its advertising partners use cookies and similar technologies to measure performance and to show relevant ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may not work properly if you do.
How long it is kept
As long as needed for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. If you ask me to delete your data and there is no legal reason to keep it, I will.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email support@fletcherkiley.com and I will respond within a reasonable time. If you are unhappy with the outcome, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect your information. No online service can promise perfect security, and I will not pretend otherwise.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and I do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
